Solent SD Ltd and Surridge Dawson Ltd both appointed administrators in August 2009, not August 2010 as previously announced.

Change of Adviser

Northbridge, the industrial services and rental company, announces the appointment of Shore Capital and Corporate Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited as sole Broker, with immediate effect. This follows the acquisition of Stockdale Securities Limited by Shore Capital Markets Limited.

Director's disclosure

The Company makes the following disclosures pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies

Peter Harris, non-executive chairman of the Company, was a director of Solent SD Ltd and Surridge Dawson Ltd until July 2009; both companies appointed administrators in August 2009 and, after more than 12 months from Peter Harris's resignation, entered creditors' voluntary liquidations. Solent SD Ltd had no creditors, whereas there was a shortfall to creditors in the case of Surridge Dawson Ltd.

There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
