The Company announces that it has today purchased 65,996 ordinary shares into Treasury at 461.98 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 59,777,557 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 221,856,353.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
