HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED
(the "Company")
Further to the Company's announcement of 17 June 2019, the Company has received notification from Highbridge Capital Management, LLC ("Highbridge") that the deadline for the Company and other investors in the Multi-Strategy Fund managed by Highbridge to make elections in respect of their holdings has been extended to 15 August 2019.
The Board of Directors of the Company is evaluating the options available to the Company and will revert to shareholders as soon as practicable with a recommended way forward.
