Europe close: Markets fall as investors watch US trade developments

(Sharecast News) - European equities declined on Tuesday, extending the previous session's losses, as investors grew increasingly concerned about the lack of progress in trade negotiations between the United States and the European Union.
The pan-European Stoxx 600 closed down 0.46% at 544.05, with most major indices in the red.
