Europe midday: Stocks mostly weaker; Oersted tumbles on rights issue

(Sharecast News) - European stocks were mostly lower by midday on Monday as investors eyed talks on Ukraine between US President Trump and Russia's Vladimir Putin and the latest US inflation print.
The benchmark Stoxx 600 index was flat, while Germany's DAX and France's CAC 40 were both down 0.3%.
