Deadline extended in Blackstone-Big Yellow takeover talks

(Sharecast News) - A key deadline in takeover talks between Big Yellow Group and Blackstone has been extended, the self-storage operator confirmed on Monday.
Shares in Big Yellow soared last month when it emerged that the US private equity giant was in the early stages of considering a cash offer.
