FTSE 100 movers: Miners rally as metals prices gain; defence firms in the red

(Sharecast News) - London's FTSE 100 was down 0.1% at 9,420.70 in afternoon trade on Monday.
Precious metals miner Fresnillo and miners Antofagasta, Anglo American, Glencore and Rio Tinto all gained as gold, silver and copper prices rose.
M&G was boosted by an upgrade to 'buy' from 'hold' at Berenberg.
