There are numerous emails and alerts that you have the option of subscribing to. To update your preferences, simply click on the link for My Emails and Alerts in the navigation bar. To subscribe to a particular email, check the box next to its name. To unsubscribe, simply uncheck the relevant box. When you are ready to save your changes, click on the button at the bottom of the page.

There are a number of customised email alerts that you can create. These are portfolio alerts, trigger alerts and screener alerts.

Portfolio alerts allow you to receive custom information on the companies in your portfolios and watchlists.

Trigger alerts allow you to set a price or news alert for any UK quoted company you select. These are simple to set up, and will send out an alert in real time as soon as the conditions you have set are met.

Screener alerts are a premium alert available to MarketStars subscribers. These alerts tell you when new companies have met your investing strategy criteria, or when companies that you are monitoring no longer meet your criteria.
