Publication of a Circular

Further to its announcement this morning of the proposed sale of the Group's property business, the Company has today published a Circular relating to the proposed Sale, the Winding Up and the Delisting.

The Circular has been posted to the Company's registered shareholders and a copy will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website at www.maxpropertygroup.com.
