Board Change

The Company announces that Giles Vardey, Non-Executive senior independent Director, has today announced his resignation as non-executive director and has agreed to step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2014. Giles joined the Group as a Non-Executive Director in May 2012, becoming Chairman in August 2012. Giles stepped down as Chairman, as previously announced, on 11 September 2014. The Board wishes to thank Giles for his hard work and contribution to the Company.

Charles Henri-Sabet, Executive Chairman of LCG, said:  "On behalf of the Board and the wider management team I would like to thank Giles for his sustained support for the Group since he joined as a Non-Executive Director more than two years ago and his leadership as Chairman through a period of transition for the business. We are pleased that Giles' services will be available until the end of this year when he formally steps down. The Board of LCG will be announcing details of a new enlarged and strengthened management team in due course."
